Just Voted in as President-Elect of the International Health Economic Association (iHEA) - Congrats Winnie Yip!
The International Health Economics Association, iHEA, closed its elections yesterday. With 55.4% of the votes,Chi-Man (Winnie) Yip, Professor of the Practice of Global Health Policy and Economics at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, became the new president-elect. Dr. Yip has an extensive body of work on systemic health system interventions with a strong focus on China. Recently, she began working closely with the Institute’s HIGHQ team through her projects on pay for performance in China and health system transformation in India. We congratulate our colleague for this tremendous accomplishment and look forward to her contributions to the iHEA.
