For the first time in history, U.S. courts are hearing a case against the federal government brought by 21 youths, aged 8 to 19 years, for its inaction on climate change as a violation of their constitutional rights to life, liberty and property.

Julia has over two decades of experience in representing grassroots conservation groups.
