Pandemic Preparedness – Improving Science, Technology, & Access Seminar Series: Col. Matthew Hepburn

Col. Hepburn is Program Manager of the Biological Technologies office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). DARPA is an agency of the U.S. Department of Defense responsible for making investments in emerging technologies for national security. The Biological Technologies Office (BTO) focuses on leveraging advances in engineering and information sciences to develop biotechnology for technological advantage. BTO also has a mandate to address pandemic preparedness.

He will be delivering a talk regarding “DARPA’s Role in Pandemic Preparedness.”
